Overall pleased. The Service/Handling fee at checkout was an unpleasant surprise!
I never like when all the extra charges appear at the very end of purchase. It's so demotivating
I considered changing my order from "Deluxe" to "Premium" after seeing how much the order was going to cost me overall (delivery) but editing my floral arrangement did not appear to be an option. Also, I could have used a few more spaces on the signature line to include everyone's names properly.
The "Deluxe" option had additional flowers as promised but the vase changed and the overall look was different than the original option.
I would probably order again from this site but I would stick with the arrangement in the photo in hopes of getting exactly what I want.

So far fine...however; check back with me when delivered. That is more important to be...the ordered product making it to the destination!
The order made it to the destination I sent to with great time! I have not heard yet from the one who received the centerpiece if it is as pictured, condition, etc...that's why it's hard to give a 4/5 star rating on the product since I don't know yet. You may check back with me next week so I can review the 3 star rating.
