My shopping experience was easy on your site but the order did not arrive nor did I get personal responses to my email inquiries. The first customer service rep I spoke to on my first call was rather rude and unhelpful. I was not pleased. On my second call I got ahold of a customer service rep that was wonderful, understanding, helpful and dealt with the problem in a courteous, understanding and professional way and resolved the problems and made it right. Her name was Jamie...I was very pleased, her customer service skills are superior! If it wasn't for her I would never return to this site of refer anyone. CSR's like Jamie are what makes businesses thrive.

Flowers were delivered for out of town relative. They loved them.
I liked everything except the service charge amount displayed upon checkout--could've been more "upfront". Recipient was very pleased and that's what matters most.

The website was easy to use. My only issue was I paid for the expedited delivery and it arrived 4+ hours after the promised time. I received a refund on the delivery charge, but doesn't seem like enough... I'm disappointed this time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
