I recently had a terrible experience with this company. One of our closest friends died suddenly. I ordered flowers to be sent to the funeral home the day before the funeral, just to make sure that they would get there in time. When we arrived at the funeral, our flowers were not there. I inquired with the funeral director and he informed me that they never received them. I was so embarrassed. This man had been a very important part of our lives. When I called FromYouFlowers, they were slightly apologetic. Not for one second did I feel that the customer service rep grasped the enormity of this situation. They offered to send me a $20 gift card to apologize. I couldn't believe it. I suggested that they send the family a free arrangement equal to the value of the flowers I ordered and they refused. My point is, that they never followed up on those flowers to make sure that they had been delivered. If you doubt this story, please contact the funeral home. It was the Nickel Funeral home In Loysville, Pa, re; the Jumper Funeral.
