I purchased the mid-tier flower bouquet with regard to the 3 sizes offered. I thought the actual bouquet received was fairly small, more in line with what I would have expected had I chosen the cheapest option.
I placed order in am before 9. Paid the extra cost for 4 hour delivery (which would be 1 pm). Delivery arrived at 4:45 pm! Very disappointed. I could have ordered from my local flower shop - when I googled to get the phone number- your site came up first. Decided to try it. Should not provide 4 hour turn around if you can not meet the delivery time. Our office closes at 5- so my secretary was able to enjoy the flowers for 15 minutes. Disappointed.
