I regretfully could not travel to Florida for my great Aunt's funeral because I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy. So I sent an arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home in lieu of my family.
My mom called me an hour into the wake at 5pm to tell me the flowers never arrived. I called, they said they "missed the order" and would deliver to the home address within an hour. Also never happened. By my 3rd call I requested a full refund.
They offered to redeliver in a few days for 50% off. Seriously? You missed a funeral twice in one day, and I'm supposed to trust you to get it right in a few days? And I would have never known had my relatives there not told me!
Total scam. I wonder how many other people don't realize their flowers were never delivered on that special occasion.
Have to start all over if you want to revise the couple words allowed on a card if you go to next screen. No back clicking is a pain!

When the flowers arrived and I was sent a pic from the recipient thanking us,but I was very disappointed by what I saw,,,the flowers were not the same as the pic online and the bow was very small and looked not to be beautiful as the one online. The recipient was given a $5.00 gift card as an apology for the late delivery.

The flowers ordered were not the same as what I received, they were the smaller version (still very nice). I also paid for the morning delivery and they didn't arrive until 1-1:30pm. Not sure if I would use this service again.

I went to your site after visiting two others. They were not as user friendly. My sister received her flowers earlier than expected after I made a service call asking if they could get them to her before 2:00. They were delivered much earlier. She sent me a picture of them and the bouquet is georgous. She loves iris's. The spray was much bigger than I expected for the most economic price I paid. Thank you so much!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
