I sent my niece a bear and balloon while she was in the hospital, she was discharged before they could deliver. They delivered to her home instead only to discover they arrived before my niece was home. They went above and beyond to meet my sister at a halfway point to make sure my niece got her delivery and would not have to wait until Monday! Customer service was excellent thru the whole experience!
