I do not like that I have to fill out everything then you find hidden fees. I was very upset that my Mothers flowers were not delivered on time. I did not receive a call notifying me of any problems. Also, when I call them I was treated like they didn't believe me. I will not use again.

Paid for four hos delivery and was told hours later that it was not available. Was refunded the $4.99 for prompt delivery and given a gift. Nice. Excellent customer service.
