I placed a same day delivery order for flower for my niece for her Graduatiuon on Sunday. I call Sunday evening to check the status and was told that they were out for delivery. However she did not receive the flowers until Monday at 1 pm... after I had called 2 more times to check the status of the order. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the situation and the quality of the flower.I will most likly NOT be using this service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
