I was very impressed with this service! They are fast and worked with me to find a price I was comfortable with. When I called customer service they picked up in two rings, and the flowers showed up in just a few hours! Not to mention the fact that my sister was super happy with the bouquet! Although the plant I ordered was nice, I believe it was far too expensive for the size of the plant. I had to contact customer service regarding my order. The representative I spoke with was exceptionally polite and helpful.
I originally ordered an arrangement to go to a Boston hospital. Right after I submitted the order I was informed that the recipient was being released. I called Fromyouflowers within 10 mins of placing my order to have it rerouted... to which they told me it would be no problem. The new address was in NH and I thought all was good as I've sent flowers to this address over 10 times. After my promised 'next day delivery before noon' I received an email and call from FYF saying 'due to the remoteness of the location they were not able to service the order that day'. They did refund me but I was disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
