I ordered a bouquet for my mom for her birthday, with the flowers to be delivered to her workplace. Turned out no one was at the office, and the delivery driver called me. I asked if she could deliver to a different address, and she headed straight there! Very happy with the customer service and my mom loved the flowers!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
