I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE RECEIVER OF THE ORDER COULD BARELY MAKE OUT FROM WHOM THE ARRANGEMENT WAS SENT, DUE TO THE HANDWRITTEN CARD THAT WAS ATTACHED. THE HANDWRITING OR PENMANSHIP WAS NOT VERY LEGIBLE. THE CARD APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN HANDWRITTEN EITHER IN A HURRY, OR WITHOUT REGARD FOR NEATNESS...THE LINING UP OF WORDS IN SETENCES WAS CROOKED, AND SOME OF THE LETTERING COULDN'T BE MADE OUT BY THE RECIPIENT, OR MYSELF, FOR THAT MATTER.
OVERALL, THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT, AND GIFT BASKET WAS VERY NICE. I WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN, BUT ONLY WITH SPECIFICATIONS THAT EITHER THE CARD IS TYPE WRITTEN, OR PROOF READ BEFORE SENDING.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM! Flowers not delivered same day as per my order and my payment - simple as that. Called to cancel the order and they would not until they could verify no delivery occurred. That was fine by me and made sense. But, I called back when they failed to call me back when they said they would and had a different customer service rep who indicated the store they used opened at 10 00 am, as opposed to 9:30 am as I was told by a different cust. Service rep. At that point they were just covering their you know whats. Daughter's birthday came and went, had to let her know I had attempted to send flowers to see if she got them, so the surprise was pointless. Day late after the actual birthday doesn't cut it for me.
After the bad experience with the received product I contacted you guys and you made it a little better.

I ordered all carnations but got only half carnations and half mixed other flowers. They were supposed to be all pinks and reds but got white and green flowers mixed in with the carnations that I did get.I ordered the very berry carnations because that's what my sister likes. She did not get what I ordered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
