It was very satisfying except I could not get all the message on the card I wanted to say. For some reason It would just wipe out the letters as I tried to key them in.

I was very happy with the arrangement that was delivered. My friend loved her flowers! I ordered at the last minute and was pleased to find the expedited order option so that the delivery could (and was) made within four hours of it being placed.

The flowers were late, after I paid extra to have them delivered before a certain time. They looked NOTHING like they did on the website. The flowers were old and beat up looking, no ribbon on the vase (which it said it had) and all the same color (the picture had three different types of flowers and three different colors of flowers). I paid $14.99 for a handling fee and $4.99 to ship earlier. $20 I think could have been spent on better flowers had I went somewhere else.
Flowers were 2 hours late. Quality was ok. Vase was not as described online. Fromyouflowers gave me a $20 gift card for my trouble which was acceptable but not great. I would have preferred a full refund or gift card for the full amount of my purchase.

Simple and easy to find the flowers i'm looking for. The florists didn't have the exact flowers but I got a phone call to let me know. The flowers that was delivered was still very lovely.

I was told I would get them same day! That's the reason I ordered from them, then I didn't get them till 2 days later. I feel I should have received at least half off. Instead I got back 2.99 and a Giftcard for 12.00 to their place... Not happy!

However, the delivery was late. I paid for expedited delivery by 12pm, but didn't receive the arrangement until AFTER the 2pm viewing began. I was definitely NOT satisfied with that since this was for my Father-In-Law.
I would recommend FromYouFlowers to anyone who isn't hesitant to order on line. But after this, I will not order on line again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
