I received flower confirmation delivery on June 18th and my flowers were supposed to be delivered on June 16th so I'm not sure if they got there on the day I ordered them.
On time delivery is the most important thing when ordering flowers. I requested same day delivery, plugged in the zip code, and paid extra to insure delivery within 4 hours. Later I was informed that the flowers would not be delivered until the following day because there was a shortage of florists in my delivery area. While I was given an upgrade it's a case of too little too late especially when the delivery on the next day was not made a priority but was left until approx. 2:30 pm causing me to make yet another customer service call to find out whether or not the flowers would be delivered. What is the point of asking the zip code before allowing the order if you're not confirming availability of florists within that area before taking the customer's order/money?

Flowers were fresh and nicely arranged. Nice product. Quick delivery. But quite expensive.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
