Great overall! Beautiful flowers, good selection, delivery was pretty good. Besides the local florist calling for directions and a miscommunication on my end. But very pleased with them!
I used this service before and the person I bought for said the flowers she received lasted longer than any other flowers she received so I am doing this again.
I ordered for a second time because my first bouquet was so beautiful and fragrant. I am satisfied with the bouquet I received this time, but it was nowhere near as beautiful as the last and was not as full as the picture, nor was the bear that came with the product anywhere close to what was pictured. I still see myself ordering from here again because my first experience was so wonderful.

The response was very prompt assuring me that the required changes had been made, and everything worked out great! Will not doubt in using this service again!
