The price is right and the online ordering is dead simple, so I found this very convenient. They made a mistake, however, and delivered only one dozen roses when I had ordered two dozen (25th anniversary; I was bringing the 25th rose home from work that evening so you see the problem).
Customer service people were super (and rightly apologetic) and replaced the entire order which I received two days later. So I received 36 roses total. They also gave me a $10 discount coupon to use on my next purchase, in response to my online feedback. So the delivery of my two dozen roses was not timely because of the mix-up but they made it OK by me. Errors happen, and customer support was great.
Oh, the first batch of one dozen were fully bloomed and didn't last long; the second batch (two dozens) were fresher. I am still satisfied overall.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
