I was a little disappointed that I paid $45 dollars and when my sister sent me a picture of the flowers, it literally had 5 flowers in it. I was actually embarrassed because it was not cheap but appeared to be so.
I called the 800 # to make sure I was filling in my order correctly and to be reassured the flowers would be delivered by 11 am 6/2714 for Connie's funeral. Since this is my 1st time using you I would appreciate a follow up.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
