I got a call from Customer Service after the scheduled delivery date, stating the florist hadn't received or responded to the request until the next day - I was offered an upgrade, which was nice, and appreciated. As it turned out it was for a party on Sunday that I couldn't attend, so it all worked out, since they were still able to deliver on Saturday (was originally scheduled to be delivered on that Friday). Thanks.
