Not enough room in signature line. Then it forced me to enter something after I decided to put my signature in the message. Looks bad.

The day I ask they be delivered, the contact person didn't answer their phone so flowers were not left on the porch in the hot sun. That was a good thing, however the day when they were delivered was at the end of the day so I didn't care for that. I don't know what they had sit up for that day so I can't be mad at them for it. Anyway my friend loved them and said they were very pretty.

The site kept changing my order, apparently applying one discount, then switching it to another discount. I abandoned my order once when I was surprised by the amount of the shipping and handling. I still ended up paying more than I expected because of a switch and no way to get back to the initial choice of basic, deluxe or premium. But I felt that it was more important to send the flowers than continue fussing with the site.
The flowers were beautiful. Delivery time was perfect. The people delivering were very nice and even called to confirm the address. I was very impressed. I will use this company again.
