Israel he was my customer service Rep. And he was awesome. He helped me and was very patient with me. But now that I see what my Cousin received today I am totally disappointed. And Israel was misleading on the picture on the vase or we had a big misunderstanding. I was led to believe the picture was gonna be permanent on the vase. But now she has a tacky looking vase. That the picture does not fit or look like I wanted it to. Israel said they will take care of it. Honestly that is why I sent Her flowers this year. But the flowers sent we're droopy and the green leaves.

Ordering was fast and easy, with great options. I chose the florist choice option, which I thought would get me the better flowers options since they could use what was on hand. I also chose the deluxe option. I got white spider mums, yellow carnations and green tree fern. Not deluxe.
