Shipping charges were way to high so I didn't order. I then got a e mail saing that they would give me free shipping. Very nice that helped so I got them sent. We will see how they are liked. Thanks!. George
The only other thig I could add.When I didn't order the first time after almost checking out my cart odder I had a 20% off order that got the price down nicly. I was not crazy about the extra $4.99 to get them there before 12:00 noon. So I decided not to order. I got a e mail from them offring me FREE shipping if I orderd so I went back and ordered. OK the 20% off was gone but they did infact give me free shipping so I didn't feel so bad about paying $4.99 extra for the before 1200 noon deal.
OK now the flowers! They were fantastic! Fantastic I tell ya! The did get to my wife's place of work before 12:00 noon to. Way before in fact. My wife pulled in the parking lot and there was a guy waiting in the parking lot at 7:45 am. My wife got out of her car he said are you Penny! I would have liked them to get there after 8:00am But hey they did get there and I can't really $#*! about getting there early I guess.The flowers much nicer then I ever though they would be with a very nice and larger galss vase. My wife loved them and was/ is very happy! Would I use them again? Heck ya you bet! George

I ordered a sympathy plant on July 8,2014 to be delivered to the funeral home on July 9. I could not be at the funeral home for visitation so was pleased to be able to have a plant there to express my sympathy. I received a message on the 10th that the plant was never delivered! They asked if I wanted it delivered on the 10th or 11th and would give me a $10.00 gift certificate. By the 10th the deceased was buried and the family all home. Maybe the funeral director would enjoy a plant to bring home! Do not trust this company to carry through with their promises! It was bad enough that my $27.99 plant ended up costing around $49.00 with no add ons and a 20% Google user discount. What a scam!
I bought the premium package, which was the most expensive. But when it came it seemed pretty skimpy for the amount of money I paid.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
