You should include the handling charge with the shipping charge instead of waiting until the order is almost finished processing. Unfortunately, there is no quick way to learn if the flowers were delivered or not, so I am trusting your information. The recipient is in an assisted living situation without access to a phone, and I hear from her only when she can get a family member to write a letter for her.
I wanted to amend my order and did not have the opportunity to do so and it ended up costing more.

It was an okay shopping experience. I ordered it for same day delivery, but that wasn't the case. When I called and asked them to just send it the next day, they upgraded my regular order to an deluxe order, free of charge. And refunded my same day delivery fee.
