It would be good to add the additional cost added on at the end of the order be told before the final page. After spending time deciding what to send & how much to spend then to find out that $14.99 is being added on.
Although they could not deliver day I ordered. Due to different time zone. They did deliver next day and refunded the added delivery charge. Overall quite satisfie
My granddaughter sent a picture and the flowers were beautiful and she loved the bear. However it was different than the picture of the bear shown, it was not wearing a sweater with exes and oh's. My granddaughter was very pleased and I would use again.

A replacement flower was required but had I not initiated the contact, I'm not sure what would have happened. It was a 60 birthday gift that wasn't delivered on the day slated even though I received notice of delivery. After calling, it was determined that the local florist didn't have the flower and needed to use another. No problem with switching but this was only known after I inquired about the confusion. Customer service was great and worked to rectify everything. The plant was delivered the next day. The recipient and I were disappointed on her birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
