I ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday. They didn't come on her birthday. I called twice and finally someone said they would send them the next day! I was so disappointed because the next day was NOT her birthday. The flowers came the next day, and were NOT what I ordered. The roses were dying and no lilies were in the bouquet. Over all it was a horrible experience and such a pain to have to call so many times. I requested my money back and am hoping you guys follow through. I honestly won't be trying your service again nor will I recommend it. A business should do what they say and should be there for the customer 100% not put them on gold for 15 minutes and be rude. I sincerely hope you guys don't do business like this regularly.

I did not receive my order on time due to adding a box of chocolates to my order. I did contact customer service right after I was requested to do so, but there was a technical difficulty between fromyouflowers.com and the local store getting it to my intended person. They did remedy it and the person received it the next day.
I am dissatisfied with delivery services and the customer service that I received. I ordered the flowers over 4 days in advance so that I would not experience any problems and all I got where problems. They did not deliver the flowers and I paid for expedited service and when I requested a callback from customer service I did not receive a callback I had to call them back to check on the status. I will never shop with them again.
I ONLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT THE FLOWERS WERE RECEIVED - I DID NOT ACTUALLY SEE THEM I ONLY ORDERED THEM TO BE DELIVERED.

The flowers she received where nothing like the pictures showed she received a VERY simple bouquet in a vase that was not at all worth what I paid! Very disappointed! The web site was easy to use and was delivered on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
