Although my order was not sent when it was supposed to be due to unforeseen circumstances, fromyouflowers.com made it up to me and was very apologetic. They upgraded my current order, wrote a note of apology to the recipient, and gave me a certificate for a future order. I saw a picture of the plant that I had sent, and it was beautiful.
The fowers were not delivered on time. Customer service apologized and gave a complimentary upgrade, however, the arrangement doesn't look like the picture. My friend was pleased and that's all that mattered. I wasn't as impressed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
