I feel as though the $15.00 reward that I had didn't even the balance, if the flowers I had choose was 19.99, and I applied my 15.00, I still had to pay 19.98, to me it was not a difference in the price.
I'm really upset at the way you handled your service fees. It was get dishonest and sleezy. You showed screen after screen of the price and never mentioned the (obviously standard) fee. I don't mind paying for handling but when you're tricky and conniving like, that it is rude and will stop me from returning to your site in the future. It is no small charge and at that point I've spent 20 minutes building my order and entering my information and there was no easy way to remove items from my order without starting over... I think you are aware of this and it is you intention. I place many flower orders and lovely site otherwise but for this reason I will not return.
If your service is as great as your web site then I will recommend you to everyone I know! I cannot confirm what you are asking since I am the one that sent the flowers and candy to a friend, Bernice Dole. For nearly $150, I hope the plant was huge and healthy. You will have to contact Bernice at *******135. If you want her to use your services you have to please her.

I would suggest to include the size of the arrangement to know what you are paying for. Especially the difference between sizes.
Also, how am I supposed to know all these answers to the survey questions if I ordered the arrangement for someone else? I have no idea what it looks like, the delivery time, etc.
I spent over $50 for something much smaller then what the picture showed on your website. Next time I will buy from a different company

I ordered a funerary flower arrangement for a great friend who just passed away. I ordered in the morning and the flowers arrived later that day as promised. The flowers were greatly appreciated. Excellent service from fromyouflowers.com.
A service fee almost the same price as the flowers? That's kind of frustrating. Not to mention two additional fees for taxes and same day delivery, so add them all together and the fees ARE more than the flowers I purchased...and after paying the extra charge to be delivered on the same day, they arrived a day late.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
