I did not complete my order once I found out about the service fee. I was then sent an email offer to waive the fee. Luckily I was still in need of flowers
I can't believe that your company has the nerve to send me a survey asking me about my experience. My friend received the wrong bouquet. I emailed you company to advise that the wrong bouquet was ordered and I was advised that a new bouquet would be delivered. The following day Charlie from Char's Flower Shop called the recipient to see why she wasn't happy with her flowers. Then he started to ramble on that the shop was out of lillies. I reached out to your company advising you that I would like a refund. I was told that I could expect a refund within 1-3 business days. Since that email, I have received a couple of calls from the call center and a different florist has reached out yet again to the recipient and not me about whether she ordered flowers. Do any of you converse with each other? I have never had so much problems ordering flowers. I should have no for the price that there were going to be issues.
I ordered a bouquet that was advertised as "Florist Designed". I figured it would be Fall colors and themed with the season. It was pretty, but more like a early Summer bouquet and the flowers looked wilted and days old. I also paid for morning delivery and it was not delivered until late afternoon. Certainly not the quality I thought it would be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
