The flowers were heat damaged looked tired...
The flower arrangement was kind of small for the price. I selected the budget flowers of what he had in stock so I expected more.
I sent it to the Hospital with my name as the recipient unintentionally by thankfully the delivery person must have figured out that it was for my friend whose name was on the message. He probably called the number and got the correct location. I missed seeing where you were supposed to type the name of the recipient's name instead of the purchaser. Please change the site to make it more clear when sending flowers to someone other than yourself.
My friend received her Get Well flowers and enjoyed them very much. They were a day late, as I had paid for them to be delivered same-day but apparently there wasn't a florist provider that was able to deliver the flowers the same day. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received and they did look very nice and very close to the picture in my original order. Very pretty. I was happy they turned out nicely, even if they were a day late.
I think $15 for a delivery and handling charge is a little over the top.

I feel like there was a wide gulf between what I purchased on the site (based on the pictures) and the product actually delivered. Specifically, none of the lillies were open so where there should have been dramatic splashes of yellow there were just green pods. Given that is my wife's favorite flower, this left a good bit to be desired in my opinion. I'm also disappointed they weren't delivered within the 4 hour window for which I paid extra. Next time, I'll just call a local florist. I appreciate the convenience your website offered, but I was disappointed in the overall experience. I do not feel I got my money's worth in this case.

The quality of the flowers was good and the delivery came before 12pm as promised. I did call the constomer service line to ask what was the status of my order and was told it could not be confirmed at that time but that I would receive a call back within an hour. No one ever called me back. I confirmed the phone number as well.

The ease of using the website and paying was fast and easy. When I visited my friend at the hospital where the flowers were delivered...I must admit, I was very dissatisfied with the delivery bouquet. It was the small vase version and I paid for the mid version vase and the flowers were drooping over the side of the vase. Although, my friend was thrilled to receive them; the over all presentation was poorly done and I was a little unhappy that I got charged for the mid price and actually received the small vase.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
