Ordered from "fromyou flowers" because they indicated that order would be delivered that day. Order was not delivered that day and I was not notified until almost 8:30 EST, via an email, that order was not delivered. A little late to make alternate arrangements! If I had been contacted in a more timely fashion, I could have had the opportunity to make alternate arrangements to have birthday surprise arrive as desired. Felt like I was the victim of a 'bait and switch' routine, and that it was probably a known at the time of order that they could not deliver that day, yet the claim for the desired service was made. Figure they have looked at the statistical probability as to if a customer notified at 8:30 p.m. of non-delivery will cancel order as opposed to agreeing to have order delivered the next day with a letter of apology. First and last time I use them for my out-of-town floral delivery needs.

So far easy-waiting to see quality & delivery & recipient satisfaction! She was very happy with them. From photo I received they looked very nice but exactly as standard photo online & I thought I had ordered the slightly more expensive upgrade although I may also be mistaken lol. But they were lovely & fresh & in perfect blooming stage which I greatly appreciate as she is very ill & the scent of the stock & Stargazers and cheery colours definitely meant a great deal to her! In the future I would possibly call to be more specific as to requirements but this was definitely an 'A' experience, esp as same day is tough. TY!
