Ordering was easy, but I was disappointed that the price soared because there was no delivery for the address I was sending the flowers to. Also, flower stems arrived broken; flower heads hung from their broken stems. The purchase was to help lift spirits and express my sentiments for the loss of a loved one. This did not happen...some flowers had to be thrown away. I am NOT one bit happy with the merchandise or your shipping process and I am embarrassed, frustrated and upset with this entire ordeal.

Although the flowers were not delivered the same day, they did a great job by upgrading it and having it delivered the next day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
