I do not appreciate seeing a $14.99 service/handling fee on the very last page of checkout. That doesn't need to be included in the bouquet price, but it needs to show up a LOT sooner (like, on the front page of the cart). Also, $14.99 is a bit excessive compared to some of your competitors.

Really bad i paid the extra fee so my order can be delivered before noon because it was an inauguration and they had special hours and they got my gift more than 2 hours later i even had to call the person to wait for it when it supposed to be a surprise. Completely unhappy
To start with the order the price was great ($19.99)but by the time I completed my order it was twice as much ($40.00) at that price from you flowers was not a great value.

I was contacted by your company and the gentleman told me that they did not have the exact mum that i ordered but would find something close to that plant. First i dont see why you guys advertise that plant if you cant ship that plant. Second the plant that they shipped wasnt even close to that plant. This plant didnt have any color it was a green plant. I ordered this plant for my wife that got a promotion and a bigger office and i wanted her to have a nice plant with fall colors. That did not happen and i am not happy about it after spending the money for something i didnt get!

Your delivery charges are very high, so you should get it right OR provide compensation when it is not right! Delivery was posted to my email that the flowers had arrived, however that was wrong; they had not delivered at that time. Called customer service which was very good, but still my ill 80+ year old mom had been walking all around outside looking for her flowers that I told her had been delivered. She faced timed me to show them to me once they finally did arrive, and they were very pretty, but NOT the color I ordered.

My order wasn't delivered on time as they had an issue getting it out. I was contacted right away. They agreed to delivery the following day to a different address. I was given 20% off that order due to the inconvenience, and I received a $20 gift certificate toward a future purchase. Any time I asked questions, I received prompt answers. The customer service was great and I will certainly be using From You Flowers in the future.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
