I wish you would allow shoppers to edit the card once the order between the selection and payment stages. As it is, if a correction needs to be made, you have to start over.
Also, the arrangement that was delivered looked different than the photo and was delivered in bulb form, so I was a bit disappointed in that. However, customer service was great in addressing the concer and the floweres bloomed full within a day and they were very beautiful.:-)
Overall, another great experience!
I would not use this service again because I was disappointed at the final product that I received. I know they can't totally control the local florist they use, but they need to make sure the product is equal to the price. The service is convenient but I would rather go to a florist myself to make sure I get what I expect.
Everything on website looked beautiful! Happy that delivery is same day! Unfortunately I was contacted after putting in the order that there was a problem with getting something that I had ordered & that it would not be delivered the same day but would have to be the following day. Was not that big of a deal only because you guys were very respectful & courteous with me on the phone & that was greatly appreciated.

It was a good experience. Many choices were given and I was able to take my time deciding on my purchase.
Though the flowers I ordered varied in color when they arrived, I was very pleased with the product. The flowers were a hit and the process was userfriendly. It made surprising my mother in Virginia nearly effortless, even though I am in New York.
This was my first time using your service and I will be using it again. The party I sent the flowers to raved about how beautiful the flowers were so I was very pleased to find that out. Prices can be a bit high at times but I understand when it comes to delivery, etc that can be the case. You have always pulled through for me when I am in a bind. And for that I thank you.

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the website picture.
