The thing I was most impressed about was how quickly the order was delivered. The recipient emailed me with his thank you only 2 hours after I had submitted the request. He sent me a photo and said the flowers were perfect for the purpose. From what I could see from the photo, they were pretty close to the item shown on your website.

The arrangement my mother received looked nothing like I what I paid for and I will be contacting customer service about this matter. This is not the first time I've had an issues with the poor quality of the arrangement I purchased. The roses weren't trimmed, there were no filler flowers, no pearls around the vase. This is not what I paid for! I couldn't use the discount card I was given in the mail for ten dollars off because there was no code on the card. Discounts should be more easily accessible for online use.
I do not like to have to try several approaches to your products to get the lowest price. It should be offered on the first try. The product received was not the same as the picture on the website.
The order was a day late even after I paid the extra $2.99 for same day delivery. The vase of flowers were very bright and cheery, however there were some wilted flowers. I was extremely disappointed in the size of the bouquet.
Ordering was easy, service charge was high, flower arrangement was rather ugly...LOTS of pine in a green vase with a few pink carnations, two yellow roses and an unopened lily. Looked cheap. I had purchased another "florist pick" boquet last spring from a competitor and it was huge and gorgeous. I think I would use the other online provider next time.

Would be SO MUCH easier if one can edit their actual flower choice (upgrade, etc) once they have gotten to the end of the billing. The backtracking to check price points with delivery was a little long. But otherwise...just fine. Thanks!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
