The items are over priced for the small amounts sent. While it is convenient to send something a $20 delivery fee is VERY over priced. There are others that I will likely check out first.
After the item was delivered, the deliveryman actually CALLED ME to say he had delivered the item and placed it "on the wood pile just outside the front door on the deck", so I KNEW it was at the right home. This is the most outrageously good customer service. After horror story non-delivery issues with 1-800-Flowers and Proflowers, I'm sticking with youflowers.com forever!

The website instructs you to put your phone number in the recipients information in case you want it to be a surprise. The florist printed my phone number on the card. Surprise ruined. Not happy about that.
Way too much delivery charges
I was satisfied with my online shopping experience. I had something delivered and the person wasn't home, I was pleased how the delivery person called me to inform me of the situation, so that we were able to come up with a plan B.
So far so good and price is right! Please be sure the bouquet is delivered fresh and out of the weather.

I never recieve the flowers because the worker didnt look for the address to send them to. My friebd funeral was a special one and for her not to get flowers from me is not acceptable im very mad will never use you again never

Had to enter everything twice and thew system rejected my attempt to sign up as a new purchaser. A little frustrating. I hope the gift turns out nice.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
