I had this order sent to my Mother in Law for her Christmas party and even paid for the premium for this Christmas tree arrangement with roses.
She sent me a picture of it and it had some flower other than roses 1 ornament and the bottom 3 branches broken and hanging.
The florist rang the door bell and left it on the porch.
Then the local florist from the Denver area called my mother in law and berated her for complaining of the poor quality.
Very poor quality for premium and I will never order from this place again.
Pro Flowers beats this place coming and going.
BAD business.

I ordered my flowers at 730 am cst

I ordered my flowers at 730 am cst. They set a delivery time from 8am -6pm. I contacted my dad at 615 pm to see how my mom liked the flowers, he told me they had not arrived. I contacted from you flowers and was told the delivery was completed. Upon further research, we found out the delivery driver had falsely stated the flowers were delivered within the window. It completely ruined my surprise for my mother. I will never use from you flowers again and do not recommend them to others. There are to many florist who provide good product and services.

The description on your site is not what was deliver. It is bare and looks horrible. I order a deluxe arrangement like the pic on site. It was deliver with a red bow and look like a Christmas bouquet. Where is all the pink and lavender. The description also said it had a pink bow. I have a picture of what was deliver if you would like to see it. Very unhappy. It was a 50 bday gift. I'm sure I won't shop your site again.

I never received my order, but since you are asking about my experience, here are my comments: First of all I wish I had read all the reviews about your company. Most of them are really bad, second I am still waiting to get my money back. On December 18 at 1:30 o 2:00 p.m, I ordered an arrangement for my mother in law. I paid 17 dollars for shipping and handling, all my bill almost 50 dollars. It says in your web site the flowers would be any time during the day before 6 p.m, at that time i called to customer service, just to find out that the florist probably didn't have any idea about my order, then I got ten thousand excuses, like is a busy season, the flowers are in the way, like it became almost insulting, that you think your customers don't have brain. Busy season seriously? Like Valentine's or Mother's Day? And at about 8:00 p.m the florist called to my mother in law just to spoiled the surprise and at 9:00 p.m still no flowers until I called and cancelled. You really have a lot of nerve sending this survey, you are the closest experience to a scam that ever been involve in. You not only deliver flowers, but emotions, feelings, and this is not right in any way.

Would be good to have an option on the website for adding multiple coupons. E.g. Ones that allow for a price discount and free delivery. Would be great if the website allowed for delivery options (e.g., leave at doorstep if no one is at home).

It would be great if the florists were instructed to leave a voice mail or text when they attempt delivery. The florist came by twice, and all I got was a missed call. When I called back, no one answered. Had to call back again to get a response.

The flowers I bought for my mom were suppose to be a Christmas bouquet of red roses, white and red carnations, pine cones and gold ribbons in a red sleigh. She recieved pink carnation, white mums, purple flowers and maroon ribbon in white sleigh! Pink for Christmas?! I was not happy! And where were the roses!? Will never use again!
