So far so good. Hope flowers are as beautiful as picture. I was a little leary about ordering flowers on line from a company I had never heard about but you will be my choice for my next flowers! Completely satisfied!
There were some delivery problems. They finally delivered the fruit basket to the funeral home instead of the home address they were supposed to deliver it to. The funeral home director told us that many of the funeral homes in the area have had problems with the florist who did the actual delivery. Maybe you should consider changing your supplier for that area. Otherwise, the final product was very nice and the customer service representative I dealt with was very helpful. I would consider using fromyouflowers.com again.
The recipient seemed satisfied with the Happy Birthday tower of treats when received. Delivery was timely and the price acceptable, however, shipping costs added an additional $25 over the cost. The quality was great but way too expensive to consider future purchases.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
