Very fast service, a little expensive...
If am upset i tried three times to purchase flowers from your site. I stop because the discount was not as good as FTD. Then i get an email for free shipping so i came back to your site. Upon check out it would not let me use both discounts as it stated in your email. I am very upset.
The friend that I sent them to was very please and thought they were beautiful. I was very happy and pleased to hear this. I will see them in person tomorrow and can be a better judge then.
I don't like that a handling fee is added at the very last step of the order. I would like to know before I get too far down the ordering process what additional fees you are going to add, not at the last minute, when I'm too worn out to bother looking at whether I still want to order from you.
