I was not informed of the exact delivery times (9-6 pm) when I opted out of the guaranteed morning delivery. I was also not informed of the shipping charges before the end of the order process. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The flowers I ordered did not look like the flowers, that were delivered, they did not have very much blue in them, and I was called about the yellow roses from whom every made them, they didn't have yellow so they died them, the flower arrangement was not very full. I was not happy about the cost for the look of the flowers.

Love your site but had to search to for a long time to find if there was a better discount and wound up with free shipping. Once you choose to get free shipping the cost of the flowers goes back to Regular Price which I was a little disappointed but, it worked out that you saved more on the shipping then the original discount that draws you to the site.
Why when ordering multiple items to be delivered to the same address must you charge a 15 dollar delivery fee for each individual item? That seems excessive.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
