Sunday was my cousin's birthday so I ordered flowers on Saturday for delivery on Sunday to her. I was contacted late on Saturday by fromyouflowers.com to tell me that they could not deliver the flowers on Sunday because they couldn't find any florists to deliver them. They were supposed to upgrade the offer which I'm not sure if that happened or not. They were also supposed to contact my cousin to explain the delay which I don't know if that happened, and they were to include a card explaining the delay and again I don't know if they did that. I asked for the flowers to be delivered Monday morning since they were already delayed but they told me they could not confirm that would happen. They offer a paid option to upgrade to morning delivery so they definitely could have made that happen, just chose not to. I was very disappointed in the delay, especially because the flowers weren't even delivered until late afternoon. So they're already a day late but then didnt' even put a rush on them for early delivery. This is not how they should have handled this issue.

Everything was fine except that the flowers were delivered at the very end of the day! They should have been there before noon. Very disappointing.
I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother-in-law (for her birthday) who lives in another state. The flowers were not delivered on the date, but a very polite young man from the customer care department did call me to notify me of this fact and say that they would rectify the situation by including a note of apology from the company, add more flowers to upgrade the bouquet, and forego the shipping charges. I don't know if all that was done ( Mom didn't mention anything about it, and I haven't checked my bank statement yet), but the bouquet was delivered the next day. Mom was thrilled with the beautiful flowers, and I was impressed that the company had the courtesy to call and offer to make amends for the delay.

I ordered the "Sugar & Sweet" bouquet for a friend in the hospital. I purchased it based on the picture & the description: Item Description:
Send pink roses today to someone who is all Sugar and Sweet! This bright bouquet celebrates everything pink, with beautiful pink roses paired with white alstroemeria.
When I spoke with the recipient, she told me she received some pink roses and white carnations (cheap & ugly). Had I known my order would not fit the description-I never would have ordered them. Additionally, when checking out I agreed to pay a delivery price without any others listed. At the end, the total jumped and there was an additional charge. The only good thing I have to say was that it was delivered on time. NEXT TIME I NEED A FLORAL DELIVERY...IT WON'T BE FROM THIS DECEITFUL PLACE! I plan to add to the other 533 public complaints on "From You Flowers."
The flowers were NOT delivered in a Mason Jar like I wanted!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
