The handling charge was more than the flowers themselves. That was a bit of putting. But I hope the flowers are nice.

The Flowers were for my daughter for her birthday, They were just beautiful very full and colorful would recommend this service to anyone delivered by 1pm on day of delivery.

I thought I was getting a Deluxe basket and I was a bit disappointed when I saw what had been delivered; I wasn't looking for a gigantic funeral arrangement but I feel it was just a basic bouquet, not worth the upcharge. The order process was easy, and the flowers were delivered before the wake began as expected. If I order from them again, I will order a specific arrangement and not a "value" bouquet upgrade.

The only problem I had was I paid 4.99 for delivery before 12 noon and the order was received in the afternoon. Everything else was great and the plant was beautiful. I would order from u again

Very quick and pleasant. The only floral shop I could find to deliver a floral birthday cake on Monday in Radford, Va. The other 2 online shops I visited would not deliver the floral birthday cake to Radford.

I was happy to find your website as soon as I googled "fruit baskets". The price was very good, and the recipient was happy with the basket.

Order not delivered on promised date. Got a call 1 hour before the end of the business day today inform me of this information. Had no time today make other arrangements. First and last time using this company.

A Sunday delivery was requested however the flowers were not delivered until monday night. You should not allow customers to select a Sunday delivery date if it is not possible.

The balloon was rather deflated when received.
Other than that, all is good. Its nice that you guys deliver even on sundays without surcharges.

The ribbon on the vase could have been a little nicer, it was the kind you get with balloons

The item selected was completely different than the item delivered. Not even the same colors, let alone flowers. Why even pick out a style when you will just use whatever you have to make the bouquet?

Fast and easy

The flowers arrived in GREAT time. But, while they looked great for the visitation,...by the funeral the next day they already looked...what my friend described as "tired"...they lasted less than TWO DAYS? I will NOT be buying from this place again. I EXPECT flowers that cost $75 to look decent for about a week anyway.

I ordered an arrangement from the web site, looked absolutely Beautiful. When my friend received it and I seen it I was disappointed! Not the same vase that was shown, on picture it looked so clean, there were leaves and all in the water, looked like I put the flowers in there my self. For the price it was ridiculous.

First time to order flowers on Internet. Very satisfied with everything.
