My order for my Grandmother's 80th birthday was delivered late. The rep I spoke with initially offered a $10 gift certificate, which was unacceptable to me. She agreed to a 50% refund. If I receive that refund I will be much more likely to use the service again.
I was a little disappointed the picture and what my daughter got was not the same. Most of the flowers in the arrangement were closed and lots of greenery instead of flowers shown in picture. If you want I can send you a side by side comparison. For $40 I feel the price was to much for what she got. Not very happy!
I placed an order for birthday flowers on 1/25/15 to be delivered on 1/27/15 for one of my best girlfriend's who now lives in FL, and who just lost her mother recently. So I wanted her to get nice flowers for her bday to help cheer her. The order was delivered when I specified, after 5pm, and I ordered the florist choice bouquet, but my gal pal texted me a picture of the arrangement she received and the flowers were all wilted and near dead. I did call the customer svc right away and spoke with Cynthia, and she was very sweet and very helpful. She tried contacting the florist in FL that did the arrangement and delivery and she said she had difficulty with them when conveying to them about the wilted and near dead flowers that were delivered. She very nicely has arranged for a replacement upgraded arrangement to be delivered tomorrow thru a different florist. I am very appreciative as I really wanted to cheer my girlfriend on her bday since her mum was suppose to be there with her to celebrate, but she passed away very unexpectedly 2 or 3 weeks ago. Thank you for rectifying this order for me. I have ordered another delivery for this Friday to my girlfriend in RI and I sure hope this one turns out better. Thank you again Cynthia (Svc rep in CT).
Way overpriced
Ordered flowers for out of state funeral. Paid extra for same day delivery. Received email that night that they did not deliver. They wanted to confirm that they could deliver the following day and we would receive a free "upgrade". Since the widow was staying with a family member till the next day, we agreed. The flowers were delivered late in the evening after she already left for her flight home. We called a family member to confirm delivery. When we received the picture they sent, we were completely embarrassed. This "upgrade" that the sent was 90% filler and most of that was wilting. It looked horrible. We called for you flowers and told them how disappointed we were and the most they would offer is a 50% refund. I don't feel the arrangement was even worth that. Just very disappointed with the whole experience.

Are you kidding me? I ordered the biggest one available of it and got a smaller bouquet then the little one pictured with a total of 3 lilly blooms and 2 iris? That is the biggest rip off ever I have order flowers dozens of time and never have a i received such a small horrible order for such an over inflated price this was for my mothers funeral shame on you for taking advantage of people in such a way that same basket is at fred meyer down the street for 30$ Shame on you your not a florist company you are scam artists

Flowers were not close to what I ordered, but called customer service and they explained to me about how they rearrange the flowers so they can make such a promt delivery. Also they gave me a gift certificate that should come tomorrow for this matter.something is something

Easy to navigate. Only change I could see is be upfront about the handling cost. I don't think anyone likes a 15 dollar surprise charge. After receiving the order I seen it was nothing like the picture on the site. The flowers were different and to be honest it looked like they were just stuffed in a vase with zero care or arranging. This was for my 1st year anniversary thanks for the memory.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
