I ordered my flowers early morning to be delivered same day. They were a day late with no explanation offered. My order number never worked and I was unable to track my order online. I had to email and call several times to customer service.

The local florist that fulfilled my order did not put together a product that was equivilant to what was shown on your website. Also, the recipient was not home during the time of the delivery and the florist left the item with a neighbor but did not call me to let me know, so I could inform the recipient. Luckily the neighbor was honest and eventually gave the recipient the item.

So far so good
Flowers were delivered on time and my daughter was thrilled with them
Good to know when ordering from overseas that the order meets all your expectations

The flowers weren't able to be delivered on the date specified. Someone called the evening that ordered to tell me and said that the bouquet would be upgraded. I paid for the rush delivery still and they didn't look like an upgrade at all.

The Excellent selection and prices available make it the perfect place to order flowers from. Also, knowing that my order will be beautiful and delivered in a timely manner makes me want to continue to order from here.

I paid $65 for flowers to be sent to a friend mourn ing the loss of a dear companion. Although they arrived in a very timely fashion, they looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The bouquet was meager and limp looking. Don't order from this site!

The flowers I order was not what was rcvd I was not happy at all. My order was suppose to be same delivery expedited and it was not deliver to the following day in the afternoon. Customer service told me one thing and was done the total the opposite...

I found it very easy at your site to pick out something for my friend, and she was happy she got them. But she sent me a picture and they did NOT look the same as the ones I ordered. I was disappointed that there were hardly any blue flowers like the picture I picked from.

My Sister was very pleased with the Get Well flower arrangement I sent to her on Saturday.
The flowers were exactly as pictured for sale. They arrived at the selected time as paid for.
I certainly would use this site again when I need to place another order.

I do not believe she got the flowers before noon and I paid for it.

Thanks the delivery came a day late plus a number of the leaves were damaged and ripped. They really did not show any care in my order and very unreliable. I would not buy from them again.

The arrangement that I ordered was different than what was delivered. I ordered an arrangement with red and yellow flowers and a couple of roses and some nice green foliage. However, the arrangement that was delivered were all purple flowers. However, the flowers were still nice and were very timely.

Arrangement was beautiful and flowers fresh! Loved it!
