I was a happy customer
I ordered a sympathy boquet and the item delievered was bright colored flowers. I was under the impression it would be a mixed boquet of white flowers as the picture showed. It was very tacky and the flowers taht were selected were cheap flowers. There were no roses or lillys. Nothing! It was daisys and some other sort of inexpensive flower. It made me look bad and I dont appreciate that
This is my 3rd time using your company, and I have always had excellent results! I am not sure if this is possible, but customers should have the option of wanting to receive a final image emailed or text to ensure the right / same product ordered was the actual one delivered.

It was awful! I will never in my life buy anything from this website and will tell everyone I know to do the same. I paid a lot of money for something that was not even one tenth of what was shown in the picture. I even paid the "deluxe" to get a match to what was in the picture. The only thing that was on was the delivery time. Other than that NEVER AGAIN will I use this site.
It was good, just didn't like how prices jumped drastically at the end. And the fact that rhe bear isn't the one they showes in the picture.
The flowers delivered were not the colour shown in the web site
Worst ever. Its easy to place the order, but I paid extra to have it delivered by 12pm delivery did not get made till the next day. They gave me 20% off but i felt it should have been compt completely for not following through with the noon delivery. I called 3 times the 2nd time was 630pm central and no one had yet to notify me of the delivery not being made. They said they were just getting ready to contact me. It was a little late by then. Never again. Costumer service was very nice.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
