I did see the flowers. Very small. Vase looked like painted plastic, not the pretty purple glass as pictured. Also flowers did not last long. Not very satisfied. Sorry but probably won't use again On the plus side, very easy to order on website.
So far so good well see what it looks like when it shows up! The flowers were beautiful and wrapped so very nicely there was a mix up on something you guys sent the florist and they didnt see the teddy bear was supposed to be included but some nice gal brought it out to our house on her way home so I was extremely impressed good job!

I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I paid the extra $4.99 for my arrangement to be delivered before noon. It never got there on time. So I called to follow up not one nor twice but THREE times. It finally arrived 5 hours late to my girlfriends job and by that time she had already left work for the day. It was a very bad and disappointing experience (eventho I did get my $4.99 back) I'm all for giving people second chances and hopefully if there is a next time they do a better job.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
