I wanted to edit the message, and it wouldn't let me. It made me reenter all information, ie. Recipient and my own billing info (it was erased in my attempt to edit the message, which still didn't work).
I ordered same day delivery, but was told afterwards they were not able to get a floral shop to deliver on time once I notified them that my recipient didn't receive his flowers. Customer service was very polite and prompt, apologized for the occurrence (even offered to call or write a letter of apology to the recipient), and refunded me the extra $2.99 that I paid for the same day delivery.
The flowers turned out beautiful - Exactly what I asked for plus extra flowers since they arrived a day later.
I definitely recommend this site for flower orders and delivery.
My order online went smoothly and the flowers were delivered on time as ordered.
When I asked my recipient what the arrangement was like, she said pink carnations, daisies, and two roses, when indeed my order included ALL roses and daisies with a polka dot ribbon around the cube vase.
I was very disappointed that she did not receive roses and daisies for her special achievement, and most of all I feel like I was taken advantage of by the use carnations in the arrangement, which I know costs less. I paid for ROSES and daisies. All four of my children worked in a floral shop and I am aware of pricing and skimping!
If this is your practice please inform customers that their order won't be as seen online. And add that you are allowed to do as you wish with our money.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
