Unfortunately my experience with fromyouflowers.com was not good at all. Yes, the customer service representatives were very polite, professional, etc, but I am simply not satisfied. It is as when you build up your expectations so high only to be deflated at the end. The ordering process was easy online. They offered same day delivery for an extra fee which I accepted. I placed the order (for a friend back in Atlanta who had recently lost her dear mother. I live in Austria). I ordered this in the morning my time and in the evening when I was almost going to bed, I got a message saying they could not locate any florists to take the order for same day delivery. This was not what I had even imagined. I did not think I was dealing with intermediaries. After this, a series of confusing emails were exchanged coming from different people from customer service. More than I can count in total! Finally when my order was supposed to finally be delivered 2 days later (on Monday), I got a message from my mother in law (contact person in the US) saying that my friend had accepted the delivery for Friday and would use the flower arrangement (which had been upgraded due to the whole mess) for her mother's memorial service on Saturday. Well, this made me very happy as I thought that in the end, things worked out this way for the better. However, a couple of hours after this, I got a "thank you" message from my friend telling me she had gotten her flowers! I could not believe it. She sent me a picture of the flowers she got (upgraded version, remember) and yes, they are beautiful, but the arrangement I selected on the website for my order after careful consideration, was honestly, much prettier and what I really wanted for my friend. So, sorry, a real mess because it seems to me that there are too many people dealing with the same order/issue, but absolutely not talking to each other. Even with a voucher or more than one, I will not be likely to use or recommend this company again.
Easy website/order forms to follow. Free shipping was definitely the biggest selling point. Arrived around noon on the day I requested (I did not pay the extra $4.99 to ensure morning delivery). Looks similar, wouldn't say it looked just like I was expecting, but it was a beautiful arrangement.
I order the flowers as a sympathy gifts. I have not seen them or heard from the recipient yet, but I hope that it looks like the picture on the website. I will hopefully find out soon. What I was very upset with is the fact that the delivery person called me for directions to their house. I listed my phone number because I wanted this is be a surprise. However I was a work and had to leave to go and look up directions online. I do not live near these people, hence why I was sending flowers from online. The delivery person told me there was no other person he could ask for directions so I had no choice. I do not think that this should be the responsibl of the person send the flowers. I don't know if I would order again after this as I don't know if I can trust that they will be delivered.

Thus far the experience was a good one. The flowers were a gift and the recipient was very happy with them.

The experience was a mixed one. Ordering was hassle free but the delivery was a problem. There was no confirmation provided and I could not track the package online.
I had to contact you and wait an hour for a response. That was very inconvenient.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
