Ordered on time when flowers didn't get delivered I called and got sorry order was rejected asked for refund still waiting days later for that now this is ridiculous next time I will order for my anniversary some where else this was ridiculous and completely embarrassing

Well, so much for the "great" shopping experience. Using the website, I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers on March 10th to be delivered on March 11th to 2 recipients at the same address. March 11th came and went; still no flowers. So I called customer service and they explained that they hadn't been able to find a florist to accept the orders. They didn't bother notifying me of this though, which would have been helpful. It would have given me time to go through a different service to ensure the flowers were delivered on the correct date. The following day, March 12th, Customer Service told me they had found a florist to accept both orders, but unfortunately my flowers wouldn't be delivered until the 13th. They offered to upgrade the size of the bouquets for free and refund me 10% due to the delay, additionally including a note to the recipient apologizing for the delay and citing it was the company's fault for the delay. Only ONE bouquet of flowers was actually delivered on the 13th and it was NOT upgraded in size as promised. I called regarding the 2nd bouquet and due to its even further delay, they promised me a total of 25% refund on this bouquet and they would upgrade it in size as well. The 2nd bouquet was finally delivered on March 18th and it, too, was NOT upgraded in size. Then, checking my PayPal account, I realized they had only refunded me 20% of the value of the order. I contacted customer service again (via email this time) and they corrected their mistake, but not before telling me that the notes associated with the order only promised a 20% refund. The customer service agent told me 25% on the phone.
Each time I called customer service to get an issue resolved, I was on hold for no less than 5 minutes waiting for a representative. You are understaffed, which is probably part of the issue with your company. Reading reviews online (after the fact), I realize now that almost NO ONE that has used your service has been fully satisfied. Time to step it up a notch, don't you think? I will never use this service again and intent to give my future orders to 1-800-flowers or ProFlowers.
I was referred to you by a coworker from our Greenville, SC office. What I would like to see possibly improving is to see size differential in plants if ordering standard, deluxe, premium.
The person who received the plant was very pleased with the arrangement and the care instructions that were emailed to her.
System was user friendly however flowers arrangement was disappointing. Looked great on your site but I attended the funeral/viewing and they were sparce (although I upgraded to deluxe), wrong vase and wrong ribbon.
Was disappointed that delivery could not be made on day requested but pleased with substituted gifts that were given.
It was quick and easy. The one thing I might suggest is to add an instruction slip on how to best care for the flower.
I did not get to see the arrangement myself because I sent it to my mother in the hospital but I was told that it was gorgeous. It was delivered on time and my siblings said it was just as the picture looked.
In the picture it showed pineapples, but there were none delivered in the basket, even though its in season. This was a little disappointing.
I ordered a beautiful bouquet to be sent as a thank you gift. However, please note that you have to pay up to the mid-grade to get the image shown. I paid for same day service plus extra for guaranteed morning delivery. At checkout I was surprised to see such a high delivery/handling fee but I was in a rush and didn't feel like having to go through everything again on another website. I had included my phone number for any issues and email for confirmation. However as of mid afternoon I had not gotten any calls or email confirmation of delivery. I emailed customer service to request delivery confirmation, especially since I had paid extra for morning delivery. They replied fairly quickly and said to rest assured that my order was sent to the florist and that they would contact the florist for delivery records and get back to me...which they never did! I ended up having to call the recepient to ensure they received the bouquet, which I hated to do but had no other way of knowing if they even got the flowers, nevertheless when that day. I will never, ever use this website again for flowers! Be warned, go elsewhere!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
