Thank you for Same Day delivery. Correction, my order comes tne next day. My fault, I ordered after 5:00 pm but nobody tell my it was too late for same day delivery.
When I started this order I was very happy and gave 5 star approval for ease of online order use. Well...sadly that all changed when it came to delivery. I paid for same day delivery and the plant- although reported by the florist to have arrived on time, was NOT delivered. I contacted customer service and was impressed by quickness of response and was then promised that delivery was to be made by 3pm today. Well...no delivery by 3pm. Our business, which was where the delivery was to be made, closes at 4:30pm (which I told to customer service) and the person for whom this purchase was to be given to, was not here when the delivery finally happened closer to 5pm. I called customer service again at 4:15pm and the rep supposedly got a hold of the florist who said they were on their way and would be there within 10 minutes. Nope- didn't happen. The rep from We Care was trying to be helpful, managed to say, "I feel kinda bad." This arrangement was for a young lady who recently lost her grandfather- so this plant was to help comfort her. I am still very upset at the time and effort I had to put into this order for the plant to finally be delivered- and in such a sorry, saggy state.

I ordered this bouquet partly for the simple, contemporary vase shown. The vase delivered was a hokey old-fashioned style with a wheat grain design imprinted on it- kind of a bummer.
The flowers were gorgeous and coordinated with a stunning colored glass matching vase! Only problem was when I was filling out the Pay Pal page it asked for delivery address which I entered. Then when it went to the From You Flowers page to verify the billing address it had auto populated with my recipient's delivery address instead of my address. Was able to change billing address and straighten every thing out.

The only thing I don't like is the14.99 service fee that doesn't show up till the end... And when I revived the flowers the arrangement was way smaller than I expected. Not $60 worth of flowers if you ask me. Won't happen again

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
