A third of the final price was hidden behind processing/handling fees that were not transparent prior to purchasing.

I specifically chose your company for the same-day delivery. This was very important to me and easily the biggest factor when comparing services. My order was not delivered on the same day that it was ordered. Customer service contacted me to inform me of the delay and to offer a few gestures to make up for it, but they all offers were very meaningless (10% reimbursement which comes out to just a few dollars; an upgrade when I specifically chose a smaller bouquet and didn't want more flowers; a gift certificate for future orders when I definitely will not be using your service again), especially since the #1 thing that was most important to me was same-day delivery. None of these offers came close to making up for the fact that my order was not delivered when it was promised to be.

The flower pricing was reasonable, delivery was amazing. The handling was what got me. I almost didn't place the order. The handling was 5 dollars cheaper than the actual flowers. I inquired about time of delivery. I was given 8 am to 5 pm. Why can't fromyouflowers contact the local florist that work for them and receive a confirmation. The flowers were delivered at 1. The recipient called me at 1:10 to thank me. I didn't hear from the shop and fromyouflowers that they were delivered until 4 pm. I'm going back to 1800flowers and Proflowers.

Really needed a place to deliver flowers same day, in the next few hours. They arrived in 2 hours (I did choose the option that guaranteed delivery in 4 hours or less for a little extra $$), looked EXACTLY like the online photo (which is rare, they are usually way smaller than the photos). Delivery man had a great smile and was so friendly. They were so inexpensive for such quick service. Very, very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
