Once I received the product, admittedly, it was a lot smaller and a lot less of an arrangement than I expected. Especially after paying $73 for the purchase. I also ordered 3 assorted colors balloons along with a birthday balloon for a total of 4. I received 3 total, birthday balloon included, and they were poorly blown up.
I just kind of figured this is where my $73 would have been better taken care of.

The original product was less than satisfactory. I called customer service they handled the problem and the "replacement" flowers were wonderful.
I was not happy and requested a refund. I paid a lot of money for my order that was supposed to be delivered the same day and it never arrived. I wanted to do something nice for my son's teacher and nothing came. So I'm never going to order from here ever again
Typically receive excellent service! Out of our many orders with this company, we've only experienced one issue with an expedited delivery, but the capable customer service agents were well able to provide compensation. Thanks!

Was specifically looking for Spiderman balloons but didn't find them on your site. Would recommend character balloons for kids be include in your product line.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
