* Ordered the Stunning Beauty arrangement
* Online ordering process was smooth.
* Paid upcharge for same day delivery - was delivered same day, but my wife had to go down and meet the driver to pick up from front of bldg.
* Paid upcharge for the "Premium" bundle. Overall, the bouquet is quite small for a Premium upgrade, six flowers and greenery. While the bouquet was nice, it would not be in the "Stunning" category, and compared to other flower arrangements that I have sent, it was overpriced.
* While I was not totally pleased, I would consider this company again for purchases for other types of arrangements, maybe calling in the order to discuss true expectations of the upgrades and price ranges.
Was very impressed with the delivery. I ordered by 6pm the day before and my Mom and sister got their flowers by 11:30am the next day! They loved the selection and said the flowers were fragrant.
So I shall be using you again for Mom's Day.
Order was suppose to be for Sunday. Couldn't find a person for Sunday. So they delivered it on Saturday. And then the basket arrives loose nothing like the photo
